We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your flower order.
All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

The presentation was lovely but the flowers were half dead so wasn’t mega happy with that.

We were very happy with the sympathy bouquet we sent to our daughter-in-law. She sent us a photo of the flowers and was very happy to receive them. The flowers were delivered as per your guidelines, and we would be happy to recommend you in the future.

The Service was spot on and the Tracker advised me at what time the Flowers should be at the destination and it was within 6 Minutes that is brilliant with the current traffic conditions.

The only disappointment was that the delivery guy broke one of the stems and left it on the front lawn. I would suggest that the delivery people show some sort of smile, or the like, when delivery flowers on these special occasions as this would add to the experience. All the rest of it went very well and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you!

I was happy that I could speak to a representative by phone. The order was re-routed and sent out later when I found out the recipient would not be home over the weekend. The product appeared as shown in photos. This was a good experience. Thanks.

I was a little bit disappointed that the gerberas had to be subbed out because you guys ran out, as I’d placed my order more than 2 weeks in advance.

The overall purchase and delivery with the business was perfect and I’ve done so many times before with Flowers Across Melbourne, however, my concerns laid in the quality upon delivery. I believe it may have been due to mishandling by the courier but this bouquet arrived with flattened flowers and some already having fallen off. Will definitely give it another go but slightly disappointing on such an important occasion.

Amazing service! Even on a busy day like Mother’s day, they were very fast with their responses and the same-day flowers I purchased even arrived earlier than anticipated! My mum loved her tulips and wine. I would definitely purchase again! :)
